Twice-Baked Cauliflower

Twice Baked Cauliflower

Serves 6-8

I mostly followed the recipe except I steamed the cauliflower instead of boiling it because I've e'er read that it's a ameliorate means to develop vegetables (so they continue to a greater extent than of their nutrients)--especially amongst cauliflower.
