Rocco's Chicken Picatta
A few weeks agone I decided to purpose Rocco DiSpirito's Now Eat This equally my cookbook of the week. One of the dishes I made was his Chicken Picatta recipe. I've e'er liked picatta dishes...the tangy lemon as well as capers together...yum!
